Heijmans Energie BV

Heijmans Energie BV, established in 2019 as part of Heijmans’ Infra division, is dedicated to the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of integrated energy solutions in urban environments and residential areas.

Role in the project:

Its tasks include identifying policies, regulatory frameworks, and technological solutions related to national contexts, analyzing barriers and drivers for integrated design in the construction sector, and creating the POSIFIT stakeholder community. It also participates in characterizing pilot buildings and creating their digital twins, integrating smart management technologies, crowdfunding campaigns and co-financing opportunities, and training activities for using the POSIFIT platform. HEI also supports building performance monitoring and data collection, cost-benefit analysis in pilot sites, and evaluation of the POSIFIT design process. Finally, it contributes to the POSIFIT open innovation community tool and the POSIFIT digital building logbook and circularity passport.
