EOS RenovAcción Profunda is an Energy Services Company that has developed and implemented an inclusive business model for comprehensive building energy renovation. Our approach covers all types of interventions, from thermal envelope improvements and system upgrades to renewable energy integration. In addition, we address complementary needs such as accessibility, sustainable mobility, and other building enhancements.

As a Renovation Agent, EOS offers a single point of contact and manages the entire process from start to finish. Our model includes 100% financing with a grace period until project completion, an Energy Savings Guarantee with protected installments, and Guaranteed Maintenance of all installed systems throughout the full duration of the contract.

Recognized as a Good Practice Example by the European Commission in a report published in December 2022 by the Joint Research Centre (JRC), EOS already has an extensive portfolio of projects and contracts for comprehensive energy renovation, always maximizing fossil fuel demand reduction.

Currently, the architecture studio sAtt Triple Balance is renovating our new offices in a strategic area of Guadalajara, Spain. The project will transform the first floor into a coworking space (EOSPACE) and the second floor into our company’s new headquarters.

The design incorporates a thoughtful layout, sustainable materials, efficient installations, natural lighting, and integrated greenery. Flexibility, reduced environmental impact, and circularity are the guiding principles that will redefine our workspace and enhance employee well-being.

Below are some preview images of what our new offices will look like.

The role of EOS in LEGOFIT

Building on the comprehensive rehabilitation model developed by EOS RenovAcción Profunda (hereinafter EOS) — recognized by the European Commission as an innovative good practice — the company will take a further step forward by applying its methodologies, technical solutions, and experience in identifying market barriers to achieve buildings with zero or even net-positive energy balance after their renovation.

EOS will also be responsible for disseminating and communicating these methodologies to ensure they reach the public effectively. In this regard, the company aims to contribute to the creation of a European reference standard that combines all these elements under the role of the Rehabilitation Agent, promoting comprehensive, ambitious and economically viable energy retrofitting projects.

“We are very pleased to participate in this project with the Valladolid City Council and Innovation Agency because it represents a unique opportunity to implement advanced initiatives aligned with our turnkey model for comprehensive home energy renovation aimed at maximum emissions reduction. It is a challenge we are willing to take on as Rehabilitation Agents, supported by initial favourable resolutions granting the highest levels of subsidy,”

Why is Legofit important to your organization/pilot site?

LEGOFIT marks a strategic milestone in positioning EOS as a European leader in Comprehensive Building Energy Renovation and Energy Performance Contracts (EPC).

Its value for the company is reflected in three key areas:

  1. European Institutional Positioning

Through the Horizon Europe programme (HORIZON-CL5-2022-D4-01), EOS joins a consortium of 19 partners from 11 countries, reinforcing its role as a pioneering Rehabilitation Agent endorsed by the European Commission (CINEA) for innovation in positive-energy collective housing. Participation in a project of this scale positions EOS at the forefront of European policies for the Energy Transition and the decarbonization of the building stock.

  2. Technological and Methodological Innovation

LEGOFIT is driving the development of an advanced digital platform built on BIM, digital twin technology, and smart energy management—tools directly applicable to EOS’s business model. This collaboration enables EOS to incorporate European tools for monitoring, simulation and verification of energy savings into its Deep Renewal model, strengthening transparency, trust and accountability towards local communities and users.

  3. Strengthening EOS’s Role as an Energy Services Company (ESCO)

The project provides an opportunity for EOS to demonstrate its comprehensive renovation model with 100% financing and guaranteed maintenance within the framework of its pilot project in Guadalajara. The pilot validates EOS’s real-world methodology—from energy audits to long-term savings monitoring—confirming the feasibility of “renovation without additional cost” in a European context.
